PERMANENT RECRUITMENT:
This is the process of recruiting an employee without a time frame linked to their contract. A once off fee based on the annual remuneration package is charged with a three-month guarantee period. We handle all the sourcing, advertising, Interviewing, screening, reference checking, setting up of interviews, shortlisting, relaying offers of appointment and ensuring that they start. Our agency is highly effective in finding the right employee/s for your business needs.
TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT:
These are employees that are employed on a part-time or contract basis to meet business demands and rarely receive company benefits. Their contracts can be ended at any time and we invoice on a month-to-month basis. Our temp desk is immensely successful and many national and local clients enjoy this area of our business.
CONTRACT LABOUR OR OUTSOURCING:
This is the arm where employees do not work directly for a company but our agency employs them and are contracted to do specific work for your business. This is also called outsourcing where a part of your workforce is subcontracted to our agency. We handle all legal and statutory requirements and a special agreement is signed with you your business; with a fair fee negotiated. Our agency is a mature and acclaimed outsourcing / subcontractor.
